    if it's in person then just over emphasize interest in another person.. even if your not interested, just front and act like you are

    plus it's a great way to innocently flirt with someone and not look desperate, i've done it tons of times

    whisper in the distractions ear, hey this person is really creeping me out so i'm going to front like we're together.. can u do me a favor and just go with it till they get the hint?

    works like a charm and it opens the door to a new prospect

    if it's not happening face to face.. just ignore them

    Hold your nose. Usually when a person thinks their breathe stinks they tend to shut up. and when you add a headturn to that, they really get the picture.
