bright eyes? really?
btw big ups to drones for some good albums in his list.
Animals, anything by BucketHead, Kool Keith, Mac Mall, good choices Dirtbag.
I love that Bright Eyes album. I have memories attached to it because that something my friends all used to listen to a lot. I thought it was gayer than fuck when I first heard it, and I gave everyone shit for liking it, but eventually I realized later it is very good musically and lyrically, even if the singer dresses and sounds emo, Conor Oberst is a lot more multi-dimensional than you might think. You really gotta listen to something like that with an open mind.
I guess I shoulda read the "not only hip hop albums" part. oh well...
I didnt realize this was a multi genre list. In that case.

Enta Da Stage is top 10 hip hop albums of all time, for sure... respect for mentioning that... but i really love Dead Serious over Sewacide... I dunno man, it's just that the beats were way more raw and Skoob and Drayzy seemed hungrier on their first than they did on their second... but that's just my opinion... glad somebody mentioned Das though.

I'm definitely thinking about the album as a whole cause I see: All Eyes On Me, Thriller, and a bunch of other joints that I love for certain songs but rarely beat all the way through.
Animals has to be the most listenable album, front to back, I ever picked up.
Good picks. That's my favourite GBV record too, and I thought about including Born Into Trouble... on mine.
