mines is Kobe Bryant. I just looked at the Lakers' lineup, the boxscore for their defeat of the Mavs tonight, and I can't believe L.A. won with those players. They've been without Odom and still they've won four straight.

    Kobe is a BOSS

I hear commentators saying Steve Nash is the front-runner. But he's got Marion, Stoudemire, Diaw, Barbosa .... and besides if Mike never won it three years in a row there's no way you can give it to Nash.

Steve Nash is a piece of fucking feces...he's overblown alot bigger than he really is...if I were to say who is the MVP right now I'd say Iverson...why?? because the guy comes back in Denver and he actually bumped his assists up by 4..and is still able to maintain a high amount of points in games.....and when Anthony comes back...the Nuggets will be a team to fear...

lol...wtf...Iverson is my favorite player...but they've lost 5 straight...i know they're still without Anthony and Smith but thats still assinine to pick him...

fuck Kobe....right now its Arenas...but they most likely will give it to Nash again...i dont really care about that award anymore anyway...doesnt mean what it used to

Watch people are gonna still hate on Kobe. Now it's gonna be "dude he doesn't even score that many points". Watch and see. He'll never be right unless he wins the championship. While "others" ain't exactly collecting trophies either.

lakers are a top 5 team in the league. the roster, minus kobe, is ASS BACKWARDS. wizards are a nice .500 team.

winning % means everything, smart ass.

    kobe's your mvp.

well if you believe Nash deserved it last year or the year before how could you not vote for him?

I however have never thought he deserved it and I think it'll goto Dirk but right now Id have to vote for KOBE.

I think Nash or Dirk are the front runners...

The lakers have shown time and time again that there are plenty of people on the roster ready and willing and have proved that they can score and make plays down the stretch so it doesnt have to be kobe all the time. Theyre just a better team now, hes still not an mvp.

It'll proly b Dirk but Nash deserve it, did u mufuckas c that game last nite, 4 points 21 assists 1 turnover, this dude is actually shootin' over 50% from behind the 3 point line, shit is disgustin', but they won't let him win it again this year, like dude said if Mike ain't get 3 str8, no way Nash will. My top 3 rite now is Dirk, Nash, and Hebachi, wit that roster ain't no way in hell they should be doin' what they doin'

    true^

But its hard to not think Nash will get it.... because his numbers have increased each year since he's won it... and now hes at a career high in points AND assists... so how can u not vote for him again

I don't get how you can use that as an argument yet say that Nowitzki or Nash are the front runners. Nice contradiction.

The MVP, up to this point, has been Kobe Bryant. And he plays defense.
