    My personal fav, is ADK.
They're very professional, in every aspect.
And of that brand, the mics I personally own, or will have here soon are...

    ADK TL
ADK TC ...Try finding another mic to fuck with it.
    ADK Hamburg LE

Those mics right there, if you check out ADK's website, at ADKMIC.com, have been reviewed by some big time names, and they've chosen ADK over Neuman, many times.
I can back it up, they're the best sounding mics Ive heard.

With my limited range of microphone use(MXL, AT, and, Rode) i would have to say Audio Technica is my fav. Dont really get a chance to use many mics.

What kind of sound does the Hamburg have, might look into that as my next mic

    Which Hamburg?
    There's the reg, and LE.
LE is the newer one, and I have it on order.

But the orig sounds smooth, and warm, something like you'd hear on an old school r&b joint, real nice.

And I gotta agree, while AT I wouldnt call high end by any means, more of a mediocre, as far as mics go, you still can't go wrong with ANY of the AT mics you can choose from.

Soundelux carries great mic, but alas, I have only tried 3 of them, u195, iFET7, and 251.
I've used all (not counting the brand new) ADK mics, and they cover any application.
I've tried all AT mics, AT 40-30 series, and they're great.
Tried MOST Blue mics, and owned a handful, they had a sound all they're own.

Shure, I'm not too thrilled with, KSM is really the only mics besides the one dre uses, that I've fucked with, and while they're workhorses, they arent magical.

SP are great for the money, but not a mic Id choose for serious shit.

    AKG..blah

    Aphex...ehhhh

Rode..yea they're ok, just not enough variations.

EV...I cant wait to try the Cardinal I sent off for, I heard it's nice.

Anyways, Im hittin the road, I got a 4hour drive

I know the Studio Project T3 is actually good. Well for me it is...I haven't used all of them. So I can say anything about them..I just like the T3. I don't mess with any Behringer mics..
