    good shit, i was about to look for a simple diet plan cause i know I been slackin on the diet and I want to buckle down on it....


    it all looks good except 12 egg whites..... yuck...

    4 is all I can eat at a time....

    this dudes website is shitty though.... he doesnt have shit on it....

    yea that breakfast is huge. and also, they had you taking ripped juice. isnt that a diet pill that incrases metabolism?

    on that note, if theres one to speed it up, is there a pill to slow down your metabolism?

    you guys can put your own brand in their you dont have to take his brand...i wouldnt buy his shit but his diet is good.

    just follow his diet and replace his supps with the stuff you use...i use optimum nutrtion 100 natural whey and muscle milk.

    I would hardly consider that a bulking diet...it comes out to 2615 calories...

    My maintainence is like 3100 calories...and my metabolism isn't very fast.

    i didnt think to add up the calories....i just saw the thread title and assumed it was enough calories...you're right c-one


    i eat 4 meals now.... so eating 3 would be a step down....


    but you can get those other calories from 2 protein bars.....

    what kinda size fat size or muscle size?

    I really never believed in that caloric shit...if you get the recommended amount thats enough...what you really need is protein for muscle recovery and size...

    Also take 1 gram per muscle pound...some people are taking 1 gram per bodyweight pound...what you do is measure your bodyfat and eliminated that percentage or pounds off your body and only take as much protien for muscle on your body.

    that meal is good i was following that for like 3 months... it depends on ur body frame too, large meduim small, large ofcourse can put on more muscle faster but can gain more fat..... but ye its all about lots of protien and good work outs....

    im really not sure vish....


    from what i've read you need a surplus of calories to bulk..... you need to eat more calories then you use....

    but I wouldnt know if that works cause I've never caculated calories and all that bs...

    for sure, protein is the most important.....because thats how I manged to put on size....


    where did u hear that muscle pound thing? never heard of it, every article I've read says that you need 1 gram per bodyweight pound....


    cant hurt to take more protein anyway since the extra just gets wasted and not stored as fat....

    ^charles glass ronnie colemans trainer! i read his interview...its true you only need 1 pound per pound of muscle not fat...

    so if you weigh 160 with fat and of that 160 your 140 pounds muscle you take 140 grams protien....

    ya but too much protien also can cause kidney or liver damage...you dont want too much you want just enough.

    I really hate bulking and then getting lean its too much work so ill just stick with a healthy diet and gain hard lean muscle slowly...the average person who takes the clean carb and high protien diet with proper workouts can put on 12 pounds of muscle on in a year....1 pound per month.
