    I think so because Cain's philosophy falls into the Republicans ideals and they can control him so it doesn't matter what color he is because he won't be the one running the show anyways. The rich will be pulling the strings and make him their puppet like they did George Bush.

    Bush already had a signed agreement with Iraq in 2008 that all US Forces had to be out of Iraq by Dec. 31st 2011.
