    I Need Ya Help

Alright, right now I use a B2 Pro Condenser(http://www.zzounds.com/item--BEHB2PRO) and the Behringer UB802 mixer(http://www.zzounds.com/item--BEHUB802). At the time I don't have cash to put money into equipment because I have other things I want to purchase. But my question is, if anyone uses this equipment or knows about it. Do you know how I can get a real crisp sound mixing in Cool Edit. I'm getting better and better with mixing but still not the all around sound I want. Na' mean. Like are there any presets or techniques I should know about? Appreciate it. 1

I've been using a Behringer B1 which is nothing special at all, but I can get a nice sound out of it.

Seeing as you don't want to spend any cash, I suggest you work on EQing your vocal tracks to improve the sound. There's a lot of free ones out there, but the best on the market is easily the Waves Diamond Bundle although that costs a few $$$.

Though try not to EQ so drastically that they sound different, but a little boost here and there or a cut can make them sound so much better or more powerful.

Thanks. I have one of the bundles. I haven't used it, so I don't know exactly which one. But next time I record, I'll be sure to check it out.
