If you're talking cardio and the such then in the morning before breakfast will induce more fat loss than other times. Your glycogen levels are low and it takes quicker to burn through them, thus allowing the body to move on to another energy source- stored fat.

20g is hard, it's the small stupid stuff that will get you, like condiments or dressings.

Yeah nuts are good, throw back a lot of eggs and olive oil too. When I used to do heavy carb depletion I would just pour out tablespoons of olive oil and toss it back.

Gonna be putting coconut oil in coffee.

Far as condiments, I'm good without all that.

I can eat stuff really plain, I'm kinda hardcore like that.

    Leave and eat later.

If you eat first you're giving your body access to carbohydrates for energy first, then it will be your stored glycogen, and finally after that it will be your fat. You extend the time it takes to get to the fat burning if you were to eat first.

There's just no real studies that show the effectiveness of flax seed, like there are for fish oil. That and there's some debate about how well the body converts the flax seed into Omega 3s
