    I'm Curling 15 Pounds A Day And Doing Pushups In 20 Sets Of 5. My Right Arm Muscle Be Big As Hell, And My Left Be Small (muhfuckas Be Hating, Sayin It's Fat Not Muscle). This Means My Jab, Woooooo Weeeee It Strong And Powerful As A Cannon Muhfucka. But Anyways, My Chest Mad Big Too, Yea The Boy Be Strong. I Need Some Good Steroids To Make Me Stronger, Becuz, The Musucle's There, But The Strength Ain't. Feel Me Cuzzins? Reccomend Some Steroids Asap And Scream At Me. And Don't Think I'm Weak, I Can Fuck Anyone Up That Posts Here. One Love And Word To The God. Stay Up Thuggins.

    20 sets of 5? yea your not gunna gain weight like that. matter of fact cut out the push ups, and add more weight to the curls, till you can only do like 6-8 reps. i would just get a gym membership.

    OK I take it back, here's what you should do. Inject 3,000mg of Test Cyp a day for 3 weeks right into the blood stream.

    how old is this kid,

    the best for bicep is preacher curls they isolate your bicep...you wont be able to lift as much but you wil be way stronger in the biceps then doing standing barbell curls.

    when you do regular curls your using delts, shoulders back to help lift the weight preachers you stay stationary.

    my workout on preacher is fast on the positive super slow on the negative...i do 65 pounds on a straight bar...10, 10, 8,6,6,4

    and all super slow on the negatives you will be screaming in pain by the 3rd set trust me you can feel a burn like no other...but you need a partner,.


    do the same style for bench press..explode when you lift the weight up and slowly lower it you will only be able to do a few reps but it helps build the chest.

    LOL your workout fukin sux. Right now your just a pretty boy, your not gonna get any power like that. Your body is ripped but its just smoking mirrors. You need weights to stimulate your fast twitch muscles and eat within the hour after workout to recover. The core workout exercises are bench press, con curls, deadlifts, squats, and lunges.
