Everytime I bench press or do anything with a bar for that matter my left arm gets tired faster than my right arm and I think it's holding my right arm back, of course I'd be getting less of a left arm work out, but if I'm right handed my right arm is more important right? what are your thoughts on this?

    stupid.

please dont reduce weight on one side.

it sounds like you're the type of person who sacrificed technique in order to increase weight. reduce weight and get your technique right. wear wrist wraps for support if you're feeling pain. one arm shouldn't become more tired. it can be overall weaker. only way to overcome it is to work on technique. do deadlifts and barbell rows and work hard on your triceps. and make sure you're eating right.

i know lol. the equilibrium would be way off and he'd never keep it balanced. you'd have to reduce the exertion of force on the left and increase on the right. he should be pushing off using you chest anyways. you're arm muscles are just synergists and stabilizers

like Mr. Steve said try dumbbell presses but try one-arm dumbbell presses...you have to strengthen your stabilizer muscles (for chest, think triceps, biceps, shoulders and back) abit and this exercise will work...gradually building the strength in your weak arm
