But to fucking Activision. I suppose it's a good sign that they aren't going to rush out a game for Casino Royale like EA would.

I hear EA also lost their monopoly on american sports games.

If only they'd loose the fucking rights to English Football too...

What the fuck happened to rare? Rare doing a goldeneye sequel on next gen would destroy everything.

I don't know what happened first, but Microsoft bought up Rare and a fair few employes jumped ship and formed Free Radical who are responsible for the Timespliters series.

There needs to be another decent Bond game. If it wasn't for Half Life 2, Goldeneye would probably still be the bench mark for single player fps.

Actually the majority of people that worked on Golden Eye and the original Perfect Dark left to form Free Radical while Rare was in limbo with Nintendo and during the sale of Rare to Microsoft from Nintendo.

Nintendo grew impatient with Rare after so much turmoil at the top from Rare, and sold them. If you're looking for a game like those you should try TimeSplitters.

But anyways yes EA ran that series into the ground, I'm glad they lost the license and hopefully some quality Bond titles will be made.

MVP cannot comeback, unless its made by a first party....such as Nintendo. Take-Two has the baseball license locked up from 3rd parties.
