...this year I'm sincerely starting to wish I'd been wiser last year and instead of getting a resindence with a central heating system, would be better if I chose something with a fully functioning warm air heating system during the winter & which would work as air conditioning during the summer months.

Had to fix the bloody furnace yesterday, because the darn chimney sweeper didn't do their job properly a month+ ago.

Speaking of ac, summer's approaching, and so it's time to make sure your car ac's working properly.

Doesn't work that way with furnaces made for central heating any more...the chimney sweaper doesn't do the chimneys because there's only a small postion of dust particles that stay in the furnace (if it was old schoolon with coal+firewood, then the whole thing would have to get cleaned)..

Plus there's a new law that prevents people from doing these types of things themselves.

Think more along the lines of polyreaucracy since bu [bi] would only imply a pair of useless hands instead of a few 10k of useless people in state apparatuses.

    Making *up.

But it fits. There's too many polyreaucrats (bureaucrats to you) and not enough people with common sense that are running things.
