rolfmao, yea, but, i'm pretty much like along the spider man line of build. lean with muscle where it counts. heavy across my chest and shoulders, legs got muscle from all the damn running i use to do. but, I'm the type who could play along all lines of sports despite my weight and height.

and cap before he got the serum. I'd take parker's stats anyday. he was basic hmm 5'9 or 10 or so 160. that's pretty decent for a teen. lol
Anyone who is over 20% and a male, you need to change your lifestyle......seriously.
That is so fucking unhealthy.
And I'm not saying females get the green light on being over 20%, but females by nature are more fatty humans then us males.
how i understand it.. you first lose the fat then build the muscle. so no you do not turn fat into muscle directly.
