    i am bulking so i will most likely be fat for the summer. or at the very least, not cut up to attract females. but that's alright, i will have my squats to comfort me. oh yes, squats.

    I never understood the whole weightlifting thing.....looks mad uncomfortable to be walking around with thigh muscles rubbing each other lol not being able to put your arms to your side an shit.....

    I think core training is probably the way to go, you only need to lift your own body weight and even in a fight flexability and speed out does pure muscle all day long!!!


    Just do the usual push ups, sit ups, chin ups and variations of......then buy yourself a wooden dummy and strengthen them bones for blocking and punching!!!!

    read the site i linked to in my NEW AMAZING WEIGHT LIFTING BLOG

    basically weight training can build explosiveness (great for fighting) and pull ups, pushups, dips, etc are all great exercises, but not the end all be all

    my buddies are doing that. its intense cardio. the exact opposite of what i want right now. im trying to PUT ON weight. ill almost certainly get fat as most of the weight im putting on WILL be fat.

    one day ill show up to MOB #27 and put a shadow over avo's biceps. they will bow before me.

    Yo real talk if your trying to put on weight for working out make 2 or 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches before you go to sleep and put them in the fridge with a glass of milk. Wake up at 2 in the morning eat them and drink your milk and go to sleep. I was tryna gain weight for the same reasons i bulked up 12 pounds in 2 weeks, on top of working out everyday...     Thats not muscle, thats fat your gaining homie.

    Your not supposed to eat right before going to bed, your body doesn't metabolize the food. So your essentially gaining fat, not muscle.

    And EG, for the last time, im 18, not a nerd. And i would beat the shit out of you.
