O really? I know I sure was. I mean KRS and LL had better PUNCHLINES in their diss songs back in the 80s. [pus]

She prolly would. A man is more likely to lie on his dick quicker than a female would lie about who she fucked.

Pac didn't revolutionize hip hop. Public Enemy did. And if you're tired, there's a log off button that can put you to sleep for an internet message board hiatus rest.

I'm glad to see 2nd round KO on there, but it should be in the top 3. Where is Who Shot Ya?

Rip the Jacker should be on there too.

That list is wack, and half those songs don't belong on it.

You still don't get what I'm tryin to say. We're not talkin about just a random chick fucking a random dude. We're talkin about Faith admittting that she fucked around on her husband with his archrival in the middle of their very public feud. Do you really think that she would admit that shit? Like I said earlier, none of us know what really went down, but don't act like a chick wouldn't like about who she fucked if she knew it would make her look like a skank hoe. I know a few females personally that have done it. Now if an average round-the-way chick would lie, what makes you think that a celebrity wouldn't do it? The celebrity is the one whose reputation would take the biggest hit.

So you're obviously biased. When you say that "his presence alone makes it good," you're saying that just the fact that Tupac is on a song makes it good.

As I said before I think it's a good song but definitely not in the running for best dis song of all time. It was a very emotional song but in terms of straight up lyrics it left a lot to be desired IMO. You can call me old school or whatever but rap to me is still about lyrics and, there are plenty of dis songs that I've heard that were better in terms of their lyrical content.

this is why i don't read hip hop magazines. especially source or xxl.

what the fuck is takeover doing at #2 and hit em up wasn't #1 maybe in the top 20 but not no effin #1. ether and nail in the coffin was the only two i seen worth mention. i can't believe they didn't have one of the joe budden tracks on there, or anything from the copywrite cage/ esoteric and 7L shit. which it's underground so i expect they wouldn't.

    You ALL have to :

    A. Figure out the difference between battling and dissing
    B. Realize what pac did for hip-hop as an entertainment industry and politically
    C. Listen to better music where EMOTION counts.

    A. I know the difference between battling and dissing.
    B. I know what Tupac did for hip hop, entertainment, and for society but what does that have to do with the topic at hand, best diss songs of all time.
    C. Emotion does count but so do lyrics and while I like the lyrics in the beginning of the song, the rest of it leaves a lot to be desired IMO.

I see they don't have Mobb Deep's Drop A Gem On Em, In The Long Run, Burn songs on the list. They also don't have Luke's Cowards In Compton song, MC Eiht's Def Wish II, Def Wish III, Def Wish IV songs on the list. They also don't have 2Pac's Toss It Up & Against All Odds song on the list. KRS One's Ova Here & You Don't Really Want It songs aren't on the list either. Phife Dawg's Flawless song isn't on the list either. Kurupt's Callin Out Names song isn't on the list & neither is Kam's Whoop Whoop song. How could they leave out all these classic diss songs?

Illegal's We Gets Busy song isn't on the list. They dissed Kris Kross & Da Youngstas on the song for those who may think they aren't dissin anybody.

    Really?

"Y'all *****s deal with emotions like bitches
What's sad is I love you 'cause you're my brother
You traded your soul for riches

You seem to be only concerned with dissin women
Were you abused as a child, scared to smile, they called you ugly?
Well life is hard, hug me, don't reject me
Or make records to disrespect me, blatent or indirectly

No jail bars Jigga, no pies, no case
Just Hawaiian shirts, hangin with little Chase
    You a fan, a phony, a fake, a pussy, a Stan
I still whip your ass, you thirty-six in a karate class
You Tae-bo hoe, tryna' work it out, you tryna' get brolic?
Ask me if I'm tryna' kick knowledge
Nah, I'm tryna' kick the shit you need to learn though
That ether, that shit that make your soul burn slow

Rockafeller died of AIDS, that was the end of his chapter
And that's the guy y'all chose to name your company after?

Philly's hot rock fellas, put you in a dry spot, fellas
In a pine box with nine shots from my glock, fellas

    Ne-gro please
You no mustache havin, with whiskers like a rat
    Compared to Beans you wack

And your man stabbed Un and made you take the blame
You ass, went from Jaz to hangin with Caine, to Herb, to Big"

All of that I just quoted was corny.. the rest wear good. So there's about.. 20 lines missing.
