dude's been bumpin' his gums A LOT this year, but he's backing it up

    been meteoric lately

    last 5 games: 29.2 ppg (45.0% fg, 51.5% 3p, 93.9% ft), 4.6 rpg, 7.4 apg
    last 10 games: 26.2 ppg (44.7% fg, 46.5% 3p, 90.0% ft), 4.1 rpg, 7.4 apg

    on the season: 19.8 ppg (46.8% fg, 43.8% 3p), 3.3 rpg, 5.8 apg

makes carroll dawson look dumber by the day

i was upset about letting him go, but i didn't know i'd be this upset

i wonder though... would he have played this well in houston without the chip on his shoulder from being unexpectedly traded???

..please. the raptors are a good draft pick away from being a 6-8 seed in the playoffs. they're no laughing stock like the knicks are, collangelo went there for a reason.

and i'm sure rocket fans knew last season that, with some minutes, mike james could light up the scoreboard. i could tell in the playoffs against the mavericks, everytime he came in, he was penetrating and doing serious damage.

he's definitely not a traditional point guard. he's a shoot-1st pg, a streaky shooter i think, but he can drop 30 on ya on any given night.

^I'll agree somewhat.. I'll say that his numbers on the year are a little more in-line on what he could do for a contender- but those last 10 games. Na uh.

    Mike James is not clutch

yes hes tied a lot of ball games, but if its a shot to win or lose, he'll jack it up and 1 time outta 10 he'll sink it

at the end of games, he makes one big shot, and continues to shoot garbage trying to look like a star

only now has Mike James padded is stats because Bosh is out and if your watchin the games this guy is shooting like an idiot because his contract is up

Toronto, dont overpay this overrated 31 year old guard with a dumb deal
Coangelo isnt gonna be that dumb to waste that money when Peja is a free agent

build around Bosh Villanueva Peterson Calderon

    lol, you're crazy.

without Mike James the Raptors wouldn't have won more than 20 games this year, e••••ally with Bosh out?!? Give him a fucking break. And if I played for the fucking TORONTO RAPTORS I would also be out there shooting like an idiot. Who the fuck wants to play Basketball in TORONTO? That's Canada if you didn't notice ..and all people care about out there is gay ass Hockey. They're not going to the playoffs anytime soon ..they better pay Mike James his money and let him run that team with Bosh and Charlie healthy, they could actually win some games.

They didn't become worse they just didn't fit in with our scheme of things.

We tend to get the washed up players if anything. Penny Hardaway, Vin Baker, Glen Rice, etc.. all players that were great in their prime but wasn't shit when they were on the Knicks.
