wrists and ankles

    can I just like squeeze my upper arms and legs till the weight evens out a bit..

    or does anyone know a better way to gain weight in these areas lol.. I know it seems ridiculous to ask if I can gain weight in one certain spot.. but.. I still wanna know..

    doing heavy compound exercises might help. like deadlifting and squats.
