    ha yeah, I noticed that.

Rashad also still has the undesirable flinch reaction to punches of a boxing amateur.

Haha, well I didn't mean it as in he actually gave up. Wrong choice of words.

    My bad, yo.

Agreed with you though, Rashad is very good when he uses his wrestling.

And machida turned this guy into GSP, no more stand up for this guy....

that flinching you see is a product....he pawed that hook because he took that left to the chin and got flustered

Seems like the biggest plus from the jackson camp is strategy.

I figured he just had excessive respect for Silva's striking, but I think you're right - He prolly won't stand and bang like he used to for a while. He didn't even showboat at all, which is unlike him. Rashad is mad transparent when he gets rocked, too. He's going to have problems up ahead - His chin's been exposed and I don't know if his wrestling's as good as people say.

Blame his striking coach, Trevor Wittman, not Jackson.

Jackson is way overrated, though. This is the man who recommended that Rashad stand with Machida? Whoever admitted that Rashad followed the gameplan for that fight was a fool. It may have been Rashad himself, I forget.

Interestly, American Top Team exec Alex Davis said on MMAJunkie Radio yesterday that Silva had a back injury and couldn't train takedown defence.
