im in the gym 5-6 days a week and eating round the clock to do so bro.
ive been lifting like 2 years total but only this past year was what id consider serious, the rest was like b.s'ing around.
i have an ectomorph somatype which basically means that im tall, lanky, with a fast metabolism. i have to work hard as hell for every pound. and im damn proud of what ive achieved in just a year of serious, no b.s. work in the gym and kitchen.
my back is definately my best feature, i have an old pic from April-ish i may post up of it.

im a mesomorph, i can get gigantic with relative ease, in fact im strong and large without really trying hard, when i do go through my hardcore phazes the shit is out of control
i only do cardio these days but i can sit under a bench and rep 285-305 cold anyday of the week..... genetics
im 6ft 235 if i weighed under 215 i would have negative bodyfat
if your genes are really that good why dont you compete?
i figure if i do a 12week cycle i can prob keep gains ~10lbs or so of cut and dried LBM and compete in a natural show around a year from now. buuuuuut i dont know where i can even get shit around here..i may start hanging out at a hardcore gym the next city over cause if im gonna do it i have to do it soon.

id love to walk at about 190-205 but it seems impossible, my body retains mass and the minute i start lifting for heavy weights my arms go from 17 inches to 19 and my chest goes from 50 to 54....i have trouble finding pants that can fit my thighs into them, i wear a 34 or a 36 waist but some jeans ive even tried a 38 or 40 just to see if i can fit my legs in , ends up the waist in the pants is 6 inches too big and the legs are still too small
if i lifted heavy and often these days i would have to buy special clothes... dont wanna do it, so i do 35-45 mins of cardio 4x a week and maybe lift 2 or 3 times a week for 15 mins
cant shed the fucking muscle, i have no reason for it anymore
