The fuck do you listen to while you're pushin that weight up and down?

I usually go with some heavy rock, there are a few good rap tracks(DMX comes to mind), and you may laugh, but some techno/trance-dance shit keeps me moving(Mortal Kombat techo mix is fucking awesome lol).

You should send me a track list of a techo mix you use, because I've got a techno cd with some hard shit, but also some more soft shit and soft=no good.

And eyyyy. You should get on AIM for a minute

I would listen to anything with high energy, anything that might get you pumped..

Everything from rock to hip hop and techno, house, disco, whatever was high energy...

Maaaan ... all y'all need to get the Fort Minor mixtape, "We Major." Aw, man, I don't see how I worked out without it before. I don't really get down with the techno while I'm working out, or the rock, and crunk? *shrug* I guess it works a little bit. This Fort Minor tape, though, that shit is PERFECT for me. Rocked-out hip-hop beats with rhymes spit over 'em (mostly underground-style rhymes) ... too much. I could put it on repeat and be in the gym for hours. Even though I'm only really there for an hour. LOL

hmm, i HAVE to have music on when i work out, otherwise i can't get pumped and motivated ..i listen to rock/punk/hip hop, everything, depends on the mood i'm in during it ..if i'm doing heavy weights, like say i'm on my last set, i'll put on some rock prolly ..yea, depends on the mood tho basically ..

I usually don't listen to music when i workout. I usually keep the TV tuned into something that I know will piss me off and make me wanna do something to relieve tension.....lift weights. So I normally try to plan my workout around 7pm CST when the O Reilly Factor comes on Fox News.
