    Did legs yesterday, back still hurts a bit so I took it really easy on my dead lifts and didn't squat in the squatrack this time... hopefully my next workout I'm able to work my legs all the way

    Did an upper-body workout today..
    my back feels much better, I should be able to do a heavy back workout on wednesday
    my shoulders were surprisingly weak/tired today, no idea what could've caused this
    Afterall had quite a good feeling in my chest and arms

    Did shoulders/bicept/chest today. Then played soccer on the beach
