    Got a bit late to the gym today - around 8-30ish (a.m.); usually there @5 a.m. sharp.

    Cardio; 2.2 km run with 0.5kg weights around ankles, 37km on the bike.

    Did an overall workout with emphasis on legs; got my leg press up to 160kg (352lbs) - trying to get it up to 250kg (551lbs) at least by the end of summer.

    The rest were pullups, situps with 10kg round weights, pushups..

    @Noodles.

    Champagnes - (I generally kinda press the weights outward at the top a little more, though.)

    Lawnmowers - (though I generally go a little higher / he's kinda short changing his reps and bouncing).

    Dunno if the examples are the BEST possible form, tbh but you can get the idea of the exercises and how it targets the muscles.
