Fuck man, I just took a fucking week off, I go to the gym twice then I come down with this shit, and gotta take more time off?
If I get a slight cold or I'm not THAT sick, I'll still work out. I'll just up my vitamin C intake.
I rarely, rarely get sick to the point where I'm stuck in bed or feeling really bad.

well what helps maintain muscle is a healthy diet.
do you eat healthy? if you do chances are you wouldnt get sick.
you should eat fruits and veggies high in anti oxidants and take you vitamins.
but if you got a cold dont go to the gym you need to have lungs cause if you dont breath right lifting heavy it can give you a brain anuerism.
so wait till you can breath well then hit the gym.

Other than the fact that I got this bug in my throat thats making me cough every 30 seconds, I really dont feel THAT shitty
On the other hand, I was only able to get myself up to go to 2 out of my 5 classes today, maybe I should take the day off.
The real question is should I not be smokin trees while I have this cold...

I never get sick (well, not never but barely ever)
But the last time I did get sick, was about 3 years ago, I stayed in bed for 3 days and drank nothin but fuckin gatorade and orange juice cuz i kept throwin up and shit, I was fucked up.
And I lost 11 pounds in 3 days.

All my shit talking about my immune system bit me int he ass this morning when I woke up with crazy pain in my throat. I've been downing Vitamin C like mad. I better be in top condition tomorrow for my workout.

I'll probably be sick tommarow for sayin I never get sick.
So I'm about 99% sure I have bronchitis, possibly pneumonia, and I worked out today anyway. Let's just say it was less than impressive. I'm going to the doc tomorrow and getting rid of this shit.

I think it's bronchitis, hoping it's not pneumonia. I'm going to take the next 4 days off though. Start back up on Monday.
