who in here all natural?

    meaning all you use is a healthy diet, regular workout routine.

    no performance boosters...weight gainers..or any of that shit.

    I don't take any of that shit and I don't plan to...Idk I just wanna do it on my own I guess...that shits kinda corny to me.

    even though I'm probably not anywhere as big as you regular workout peeps..I am back at my gym putting in work. its always been about pushing myself to the limits.

    my view is...if u'r gonna be up in the gym pumping weights...u might aswell just do it without taking anything cuz 1. it will be more rewarding in the end knowing ur in great shape without taking anything else. and 2. ur gonna HAVE to work out and watch what u eat anyways...so why not just do it all natural?

    drop your thoughts.

    *note* I'm not trying to change anyone..just enlighten me on why or why not you use what you use...

    actually just do this
    method (natural or use supplements)
    how long you've been working out
    and your results
    and how happy you are with yourself/your body

    I'm not natural because I use whey protein sometimes?

    Most likely the food you eat is processed so maybe you're not really all natural are ya?

    it may sound like I'm trying to diss people but really I'm not.

    u are right probably most of the foods I eat are processed.

    if u use performance boosters though isn't that just 1 step below using steroids? lol..I won't lie I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to all that shit cuz like I said, I've never had an interest in them.

    it depends on what's in whatever you take I guess...if its just vitamins n shit like that then its cool...but if its something that has lots of side effects I don't think people should be taking it.

    drinking protein shakes and stuff is just supplementing, while i would say taking creatine is performance boosting

    needless to say, i dont do none of that stuff..i make slower progress than other when it comes to lifting heavy, but im not under pressure so

    I've been all natural ever since I started lifting. No creatine, weightgainers, protein shakes or anything. By junior year in high school I was benching 275 11x. Now senior year I'm concentrating more on amateur boxing, so the last time I lifted I benched 275 8x.

    ive been on steroids for over 2 months but my max bench is 135 lbs. maybe im not drinking enough water



    na but seriously son if u at least take in whey protein right after u work out, u gona get big since u progressing already without it. imagine how you'd look with it. why not take advantage of modern day science?

    I WAS 100% natural up until now.
    255lbs, 15lbs of body fat.

    Now, I take supplements to help me reach the 275 mark.

    i say... no...

    i've used whey protein since i started working out...

    i recently tried a cycle of creatine...(didnt like)

    and...

    um.... i havent tried no other thing that isnt "natural"

    multivitamin.
    zinc magnesium (although, i usally forget to take it before i go to sleep)

    You have more body fat than that.

    If you're 100 pounds with 10% bodyfat you have 10 lbs of fat on you... so what makes you think you have only 15 lbs of fat on you at 255?
