Who Else Jump Ropes??

    I'm guessing they mean 30 times...as far as jump/hit. But surely people can do 30, so thats what confuses me...

    because if you can get one around 10 times, you need to be in a science lab.

    It's impossible to get the rope around 10 times during 1 single jump.

    So I'm guessing he meant:

    Getting the rope around 1 time per jump 10 times.

    I boxed for 6 yrs as well Im in the military so Im always doing cardio, but I wanted to up my cardio so I started doing cardio in a circuit of lunges, box jumps, and skipping, I just rotate through all three and keep the level of intensity high, doing approx 25 box jumps, 15 lunges per leg, and then skip for 5 min. do 5 complete sets of all and you'll definately feel a burn.. also add in a couple other variations like one legged box jumps, and stay balanced and you'll be good to go..


    but all in all I love skipping.. best cardio workout ever.
