It is without a doubt the best workout ever created in terms of cardio. I used to just run, but the jump rope is way iller. Who else here fucks with the jump rope?

I hate running (with a passion) but I need to work on cardio big time, so I'll inevitably be jumping rope soon.

eh, depends how hard hes pushing me.

yesterday i did 1000 jump ropes with a normal jump rope, and then 750 more with the special heavy jump rope.

on average about 1500-2250 jump ropes

hell, i use to do it quite a bit. would go for like 10 minutes or so.
varied with the workouts though cause, i always did cardio more towards the mornings and skill types of work outs. As compared to heavy lifting.
shooting hoops during the morn was a part of my routine for a while along with light weight lifting.
