who are the actors or actresses that have stepped on screen and just made you think, "damn, that cat is simply cool as hell"???

the ones with a genuine cool, mental rigidity, slick saunter, and calculated cunning...

my list in the next post...

naw, it's not about what i'm looking for... haha! who are the badasses in your mind?

i didn't see vince vaughn in 'made', and i'd have to agree with your selection of michael corleone... good selection. don't know if i'd label al pacino as an all-time film badass, though, because he didn't have too many of those kinds of roles.

but, hey, go ahead and make a list of single characters in movies if that's all you can come up with

this may be an unpopular view, but tony montana wouldn't qualify as a badass in my eyes

he was just a loud wannabe who wasn't scared to liberally pull a trigger... didn't have much of a cool aura or calculated cunning about him.

yeah, i see what you mean about grant and gable

i think the same thing about paul newman and george c. scott, too... both of them have a cool screen presence and style, but they're not really "badasses"
