I'm still currently lifting at home, but looking into gyms around the area. How about you? If you workout at home what do you have? And if you go to a gym, how much are you paying?

Oh yeah, I workout from home, I've got a bench, 4 adjustable dumb bells, ez curl bar, wrist roller, that goofy looking shit that you put on your head with a chain for a weight to build the neck. Got a weider machine with a press, butterfly, dip, pull down bar, and squat equip on it. And a medicine ball, punching bag, jumprope, various other boxing type shit. Also a treadmill and a recumbent bike.

I work out at my friends crib. He has a bench press/leg lift machine, some free wights and another machine.

At my house I only have a couple free weights and a bench. No weights for it lol...

I just received a speed bag and a heavy bag plus boxing gloves from my sister for my birthday.

I haven't set it up yet, but I will in a few days.

I shadow boxed a couple times - and damn were my arms tired. I can imagine what its going to be like actually working the bag.

LMAO hahah that pic is funny haze...but ya that stuff helps yur neck big time we do that at our dojo.

but you gotta get the leather strap ones the good ones dont get the everlast cheap neck developer cuase that shit is built for a guy with the head the size of tito ortiz or andre the giant that shit fell off when i used it.

you gotta get the one floyd is using in that pic so it is snug on your head so no slips occur.

I used to train at ballys but now I mainly train at home. this is the equipment I got at home.

    Punching bag stand.

Pull up tower by golds gym

Golds gym bench press with lat pull down.

    and pacemaster platinum pro treadmill

I posted a pic of my gym in my garage a while back...but I got some new stuff.
