...what do you switch it up to?
usually when i start thinkin, "man. my life sucks" i'll see a paralyzed person in a wheelchair or a homeless person up the street from where i live, and then the whole "count my blessings" thing kinda consumes me.
i just think. thank christ i'm not hardkore tha mc. that would be fucking awful.
when im feeling shit, i usually just flip it 180.
basically when you say to yourself "fuck im a stupid shit" you thought that yourself. So its just the same to flip it and say "im the shit"
all you gotta do man is flip it. It will feel forced at first but thats cuz your brain isnt used to that path yet. Once you wear out the path a bit your brain will naturally start going down that road on its own, as the negative path has grown over and isnt as clear as the positive one... basically the road to negativity is an easy one and usually clear and clean with no obsticles.... it takes time, because for so long a brain gets used to the negative route. Like your whole life up till now. So it takes some effort to change.
also a little trick when your down on yourself is to help someone out. Go out of your way to do something for someone else, selflessly.. DO something nice for someone. Happyness is contagious and meant to be shared and when you see the bit of happyness you brought them you will feel it too.
it's not selfless if you know that you're doing it with the end goal of making yourself happy though.
you selfish cunt.
yeah but at least you shared, it would be shitty if JUST you benefitted, but its mutual
i keep my negative thoughts going, and usually make them worse. then i smile because i'm alive and can be negative or feel pain, then go back to negative thoughts. feels good to express frustration randomly. can't be happy 24/7
Don't. Your anionic thoughts should naturally attract positivity.
needs comma 6/10
im stupid and illiterate, point out where, the comma, is, needed... for me, so i can learn better usage, of the comma
Unbeatably positive attitude, tbh.
"what we think we become" is an incomplete sentence.
"what we think, we become" = fixed
pretty sure some random person quoted Buddah without the proper grammar.
pretty sure buddha didnt write in english either
well played, big willy billy
I stop thinking. I've learned to switch it off. It all started with the realization that I'm not my thoughts, they are a product of the brain muscle, I'm the thinker/observer. So when I obseerve myself going into a habitual pattern of negative thinking, which usually consists of fabricating a construct of past pain or future fear, I stop myself. It is completely pointless exposing myself to it, why construct a mental illusion of fear/pain when it is not existent in my present? Instead of thinking/analyzing I let the thoughts go and drown out without focusing on it, and instead focus on the now, by listening, observing and being the present.
If you want to learn how just google the shit out of Eckhardt Tolle. I discovered it on my own but synchronicity led me to him immediately after as a confirmation of my enlightenment. I have experienced it and I can confirm it as an absolute truth.
It has nothing to do with being "thoughtless" as in stupid/ignorant. On the contrary, it has to do with perception, focus and precense on a higher level without chatter. You will perform better, even if the ego wants you to listen to it, it will fight back as its threatened. And the death of the ego is becoming enlightened peeps.
Separate names with a comma.
