I have none right now. Last year I gained around 20-30 lbs in about 1-2 months and kept it on. went from 6'6 195 lbs to around 220 lbs. Yeah I aint huge but I went from skinny to a regular human. Whats yalls weekly routine, I'm lookin to start another workout routine and to be honest iono what the fuck I should be doing. Last time I winged it and drank creatine/protein/weight gainer shakes and doing power workouts only with few reps. It worked but I doubt I was really doing shit I was supposed to do, lol. Help. My goals are to basically bulk the fuck up and after that concern myself with gettin cut. Right now I'm just concerned with putting weight and muscle mass on.
