My favorite exercise is the incline benchpress and i hate doing dumbbell rows. What about you?
i like deadlifts...and, flat dumbell press
i hate any kind of bicep excercise. my bi's are strong i just dont like doing them.
squats and squats
my fav is prolly dumbbell military press or curls
I absolutely HATE doing any intense leg workouts period, squats and lunges especially. Those have to at least drain 75% of my energy. Hate them, I always dread wednesdays( my leg and shoulder day).
bench, incline bench, close grip incline, etc... all benches i like
dumbbell presses (all kinds)
pullover triceps extension
deadlifts (both snatch grip and regular)
negative leg curl
barbell hack squat
saxon side bends
likes: pullups with or without extra weight, and dips... and the bun master...squeeze, then let loose...
what the hell is a reverse push up?
go up to a squat rack, put the bar at about waste height. pull over a bench about your body length away from the bar. get under the bar and grab it like you do for pullups, and rest your feet on the bench, pull yourself up until your chest hits the bar and repeat.
like - anything to do with weights, its quick all power and you can switch it up easily
hate - cardio or sit ups, because of the reptitions, gets boring after a while unless I'm really in the zone and I'm listening to music.
basically hate anything that I do last because by then I'm about to pass out and need something to eat.
i like almost everything.. but i HATE doing abs. its just so.. boring and tiresome.

Well I love love LOVE running, I have a tredmill at the end of my bed lol but I have a disease in my knee.. and alot of the time it's really hard for me to run.. so I like getting on the bike for an hour or so and then going to the stair stepper...
And I hate working out my arms.. just because theyre weaker than the rest of my body so its haaard... =(
Favorite - Deadlifts...then Squats..then Bench I guess.
Least Favorite - Curls and Calf Raises
favorite bench press.
least favorite any leg excersize and abs...when i do abs i cant put my back straight after its painful as hell.
