Barbell row or deadlift. Great compound movements and they work the core nicely.
Lately I've been focusing on bench press.
Also like pull downs and I do crazy ab work.
Deadlift is one of the 3 main important bar exercises, I hate doing it though.
Deadlift, with squat as a close second.
Battle ropes. arms, shoulders, legs, core, cardio...everything you could ever want in one workout.
Other than that, DB bench press.
my fav exercise is dips
favorite - pushups. infinite ways of doing them, especially when a tool or object is added in some way.
least fav (in a good way) - lunges or pushing a car
