i love doing HIIT it would have to be my fav.
I've been doing HIIT for my cardio sessions the last few months actually.
I don't "love it". it's a challenge, I like how I can wax out a session in far less time and I can gradually add intervals to make it tougher.
A nice change of pace, I'll say that at this point.
It's good because you get a pretty good amount of cardio in a much shorter time.
Downside, you get more sore than just jogging.
walking as well, burns more fat then anything else
Man I just went on about a 5 mile run was fucking nice [wow]
My favorite cardio is jumping rope because it works on your agility and mental focus. The repetitive quick up and down motion makes you consciously aware of how energy flows from your feet, through the body, and up and out through your hands back through the motion of the rope swinging. See for yourself
Basketball would be tight, but for me, I like to get my stride even, and kind of pound my hip flexibility into balance, on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Then martial arts, then lower rest times in the weight room. BMX, swimming, sledgehammer and car pushing would all be really cool too.
All I know is that, once you have cardio, you never want to lose it.
any sport first of all, I like basketball: it's almost like interval training but funner.
I like sprints too. I don't know why, but ladders are my favorite.
Swimming is dope too.
I can't just go outside and jog. Shit is weak and the concrete makes my legs and ankles sore faster.
Hand to Mouth cardio. The heavier the spoon/fork the better

damn this post is a year or two old
i gotta say its HIIT and Tabata sprints now with jumprope on the side
turn the treadmill on 10.. run aslong as u can...
grab the sides n step off for a few seconds an go again..
do that for 20-30 mins, ull be beggin to hit the weights...
thats only me tho
my cardio is horrible I just stopped smoking weed, and i was smoking everyday and never doing cardio
and i started doing treadmill on 10, max incline, with a 20 lb weight vest on
and you are absolutely right, it's murder
but extremely effective...also builds legs up
HIIT on a recumbent. I've definitely gotten better results, as opposed to going the same speed for 45min.
Just a regular run/jog is what I'm on now, though. I gas out quicker from that, I like the challenge. Basketball is nice, too.

biking to a track, interval sprint training, running up and down hills and/or steps, jumping rope, bear crawls, squats, burpees.
that HIIT training is where it's at though. 60 sec. on, 15 sec. off. 40 sec. on, 20 sec. off, 30 sec. on, 30 sec. off, 20 sec. on, 10 sec. off.
switchin it up each day keeps that interesting.
fuckin kettlebell swings and ropes are killers, but worth it.
swimming if a location is available
400m repeats, 60 seconds rest between each
