    Jope rope is jump rope.

    I've never heard it called skipping or skipping rope in my life until right now

    running (preferably uphill), walking, jumping rope. I read that jumping rope is supposed to be the most beneficial.

    Ben mentioned BJJ, and I'd say any type of grappling, especially against a bigger opponent.

    do you really burn alot doing a heavy bag?...i am more of a machine person i like to see how many miles and calories i've burned off

    I play basketball. If you got the chance to play for real, it's the best, period.
    And yeah, I enjoy it like crazy haha
