I used to love the squat, not so much recently. I'd have to go with incline bench.
Lat pulldown, seated rows, deadlift & skullcrushers.
It changes every now and then.
I've been skipping skullcrushers, I need to get back on that shit.
What's the point of a decline bench press.
hanging leg raises
and seated military press
Dips are nice..
Flag excercise I seen from a Muscle & Fitness Mag that had a feature on Bruce Lee's workouts.
Bruce invented it I guess... on an bench you prop up on your shoulded blades on one end, grip your arms above your head, then lift your pelvis off the bench.
Roll your abs up towards the sky, so you ar vertical, then lower your legs back down, keeping the abs taut, a little pass the end of the bench.
For added difficulty, don't grip the bench and try to just stablize while being on your shoulders.
It's hard to do at first lol, but after a few weeks your core will strengthen markedly.
Show a picture, thats a horrible description.
I've always like the bench press.
seated military press
leg press machine
benchpress and seated military press ...but out of the two, hmmm, benchpress ..
weighted T pushups
hanging reverse crunches
a move that we call the Tiger Woods because we don't know what it's called. It involves squats with one dumbell, twisting your body and raising your arms as you come up, like a golf swing (thus the Tiger Woods reference). Love it.
What are skullcrushers?
skull crushers are for the triceps. you do them laying flat on a bench, gripping a straight bar at arms length with your palms facing outwards and bring both you hands so that your knuckles are coming towards your and bring the bar down to the bridge of your nose or forehead.
there's a gif of the exercise
Skullcrushers are one the greatest exercises for tricep development, especially for the muscle around the elbow.
^they look crazy.
Deadlifts without a doubt...love'em..
stairmaster...tricep dips...and just plain jogging....
Ahh ... and yet another exercise that I do, but have no idea what the name is ... LOL this is why I just show my homies the exercises and don't try to tell 'em what the names are ...
Separate names with a comma.
