whats your diet like?

    HFCS is fine. Everything in moderation should effect body composition unless you're prepping for a contest.

    I have:

    chicken
    whey
    broccoli
    peanut butter
    whole grain bagel
    oatmeal
    cereal
    whole milk
    sweet potatoes
    whole grain bread
    bananas

    well its not that bad considering i drink almond milk instead of regular milk. although, i do love egg whites and sushi. hahha

    seriously, it tastes amazing and only 40 cals per cup. The best is that there's no sugar, but there is 4g of fat.. Healthy fat though.

    My diet consist of Taco bell atleast 3 times, hot pockets, candy... for the most part junk. I don't worry about calorie in-take, or what protein to carb ration I'm at. A good diet is good and all, but a high metabolism... intense cardio, yoga and just being a bad ass in the gym has got me in great shape.
