Maybe we've already established this, maybe we haven't. Just state it.
most people are a mix of both....
the worst combo is Ecto-endo because the bones of an ecto but alot of fat on the body.
More so Ecto.
how do you find ouy ur body type
you have to grab your wrist with your hand if your index finger can touch your thumb your and ectomorph....then you check your metabolism to see if your a pure ecto or pure meso or pure endo....
ectos have trouble gaining weight, mesomorph can put muscle on easy and have broad shoulders and big wrists....or meduim sized wrists.
and endomorphs are soft and fat.
then you have combos which most people are
you have ecto meso what i am...small frame but i can put on muscle but at the same time its hard for me to get fat.
another example is meso-ecto someone with big bones, wrists and broad shoulders but is slim and doesnt get fat.
also Ecto-endo someone with small bones but has alot of fat...this is usually seen in chinese or asians.
