my diet consisted of various steaks (not marinated or prepared all nicely) pork chops, ground chicken, mayonaise, eggs, bacon and unsalted nuts..mmm. all while keeping my daily carb intake under 30 grams although i started bumping it to 50-60 when i started putting on more weight.

the only thing i ever complain about in the bodybuilding lifestyle is the eating, im supposed to eat constantly and i suck at cooking so its really not easy to get motivated to satisfy my hunger...at least not at home. but whatever if it wasnt the eating itd be something else, right?

yeah...i hear that...i went from 265 to 412 when i was doing competitive powerlifting and forcing myself to eat that much for the mass was rough...I use to eat straight up lbs of grilled chicken off my foreman grill each day...shit drove me nuts.

I used to think breaking a bigger sweat = more weight loss too.

It's actually quite homo how companies are allowed to let you believe that

If you want to lose some quick water weight for a photo shoot, or some other event, sure - go for it.

but like everyone else said - that weight is just water and you'll gain it right back as soon as you hydrate yourself properly.

like how they make you think that sit-ups gives you abs. or how they make you think various rediculous machines will spot reduce the fat and make you a minion.

bottom line, dont buy anything off TV.

IF you buy, don't get ripped off with cheap suit!

One thing I can't stand is to watch someone throw away their money on something that isn't going to last.

If someone is going to use a sauna suit, better to spend a few bucks more and get something that is easy to clean and will last.

I recommend the sauna sweat suit over at SuperSaunaSuits.com

These sweat suits look like regular sweatsuits, not those dumb looking silver spacesuits, or trashbags. And they are guaranteed not to rip or tear because they are made from a heavy cotton-poly material.

Yeah, they're the most expensive saunasuit you can buy, but in the long run, they are well worth it.

    IN MY HUMBLE OPINION!

    And they are machine-washable!

I KNOW you weren't referring to my posted opinion.

I believe the topic started was 'Whats are your opinions on sauna sweat suits...' and I believe I followed thru accordingly, with my opinion.

"Ban this bitch" is not an opinion relating to this topic. Therefore, off-topic and out of line.

IMH'O' - the Realsauna suit is the BEST sauna suit available for the money.

BTW - Have a nice day!
