    i dont overload the bar and squat what my maximum 10 rep set could be if i was only to go as far as parallel. i squat 110 kgs (about 250) and i go as deep as i can. i have no pains or aches in my knees and i feel it way better than doing 180 kgs and only going parallel to the ground.

    My god just google squats, there's a million reasons why squats are the absolute best compound excercise around.
