I read quite a lot of what is written in the Introspectrum which leads me to enquire what books people who post here read. You all seem to have aquired a lot of knowledge on topics such as politics, philosophy sociology and countless other subjects which crop up. Many seem to not only have a keen interest in politics but possess the ability to speak on political matters extensively. Is this simply due to following the news and having a genuine and avid interest in political matters? If so, what newspapers/news channels to do you read/watch and is where is your interest derived from? Discuss.

I read a little bit of everything. And my interest in politics derives from the fact that politics mold our lives and the laws we live under. If as individuals we are not involved in the process then others are defining who we have been, who we are, and who we can be.
