Since your not allowed to post a pic in the first post post below.
right now my favorite piece of equipment is the golds gym assited power tower I can finally work my back muscles to failure.I also got dumbells and free weights and all that stuff...I have a good pacemaster treadmill and gold gym olympic bench press with lat pull down...and golds gym corner heavybag rack. I got rid of my smith machine bench press because the thing broke it was a cheap brand...so I got the golds gym bench.
Thats a nice set, you can hit an aroura of muscle groups with that.
All I have is a set of 25 lb DB's in my room.
damn you live in a condo, apartment or what?
if you live in a house and you got a nice size garage clean it out if its filled with junk and you can build one their or you can build one in your back yard just buy one of those SHEDS like 20 by 12 feet and you got your own place to put equpiment.
I think Haze goes to a gym.
word I do too....but when I dont have time I have equipment at home ya know...and ive been able to not miss working out.
it always comes in handy.
so how about you shade what kinda stuff you got? or you only go the gym route?
nice..all i got at home are two dumbells, 30 and 37,5 lbs, push ups pads and a pole but no weights on it ( lol)
basically im doomed to hit a gym
No houses in Harlem, lol. Just apartments and condo's ain't no space for that shit. But I do have the option of going to a couple gyms no more than 4-5 blocks from my house or the YMCA on 135 st and Lenox but you need a paid membership to workout there, bastids.
Man life must be so much more different living in new york aka the concrete jungle...I live in california and we got fresh air, backyards and trees....aint new york overcrowded thats why the cost of living is so damn high there?
The ymca is a good place to go...we have one here and no one ever goes to it I used to go their alot in highschool even though the equipment was old it was still good and they had the larry scott preacher curl machine!!
i go to a gym. dont have the money for the equipment. besides, when im much older and get a house, i will build a gym. but thats a while down the road.
gym i go to isnt bad in the price range...something like 40 bucks a month. i spend more then that on weed and im not everyday smoker...
The 2 machines together ran me $2,500 w/o weight.
I purhcased 2,400lbs of weight, and divided it between the machines.
And then I have 2 heavy bags, a treadmill that was given to me, and various dumbells.
Im jealous! lucky ass only if I had room I would get those pieces of equipment man thats a well rounded machine.
and thats a pretty damn good deal for both under 3 g's for those.
No wonder you can lift alot you got the upto date good equipment.
you got any pics of you? you said your 255 and 6 feet man htast impressive is that your natural size or you put that much on or where you fat and then tapered down?
I'm a tough dude
lol@the nose pickers
I bought the equipment from the same website the pictures came from, aprox 5-6 months ago when they were slightly lower priced.
Yes, I'm 255lbs right now, 6' w no shoes on, 6'1" and a half with.
I at one time weighed this much, but had 40lbs of fat on me, so I lost all of that but 15lbs, and gained the weight back with muscle.
It's taken a while however, like I said 6yrs to go from 170 to 255.
u have the exact same stats as Tank..but can u bench 600 lbs as well?
nuttin' but a peanut..
everybody wants to be a bodybuilder.. but aint nobody wana lift them heavy ass weights!
I don't train my chest as much as I should probably, and I do bench presses once a week.
I try to make every part of my body catch up to another, that way everything is symetrical in the long run, while still lifting for strength gains, over mere size.
I'll work on the bench more once I take the supplements, and get back into the strict diet.
