Usually I eat a dozen boiled eggs and a protein shake...How bout yall?
1 dozen?! OMG... is that a joke?
And a protien shake!!!!!!! lol
I can BARELY eat 3 boiled eggs before I feel like my stomach is gonna pop open. lol
depends on what i feel like.. i never had a huge appetite at breakfast, a couple years ago i couldnt even eat it unless i forced it down my pussy stomach.
today im treating myself to 6 chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, and a protein shake.
no matter what i always have my protein shake
I'm having a yogurt and some grapefruit =)
im back in jersey for the summer, so my broke ass dont hafto go buy my own food lol so i can start eating again..
i seriously like trained myself to not hafto eat.. not purposefully either, but when u dont got the money its how it is
im bout to eat some cereal, a bagel, n maybe some hard boiled eggs if we got em lol good call.. wow @ a dozen.. dude must be swoll
^^ scratch that, three scrambled eggs, 8 pieces of taylor porkroll, and a bowl of cereal washed down with a nice glass of cold milk.. just eat the eggs, n my microwave just went off for the pork roll..

yea all the sudden after forcing myself to eat for like a year, i have to eat in the mornings, and its physically impossible for me to go more than 2 hours without a meal. i think i would die if i did
coffee and a sugerfree gum

Lately I've been throwing in about 15 oz of skim milk into the blender with some whey protein and a half cup of oats. Then after I down that I'll have some fruit.
It's not much, but then I'm eating again in an hour anyway.
well i jus woke up, granted its 2 pm...but im bout to cook up sum spam and rice....
but i luv any kind breakfast

oatmeal made with water mixed with 2 scoops of protein powder...its the easiest thing i can make for breakfast...when im not on a strict diet i eat wheat toast with it for more carbs....
when i dont have protein powder i eat alot of egg whites which i hate so i add maybe 1 or 2 real eggs but i still hate it....thats why i buy protein powder
