I have to have my room blacker than pitch, and being a very light sleeper, it needs to be deathly quiet. I like to be warm as well, but cool air on my face is magnificent.

That (quiet) doesn't happen around here, so I have a fan running on high all the time to drown out background noise. It was difficult at first, but I've grown accustomed to its sound.

'Sleep' being the operative word, no doubt?

Also, do you snore? If so, no dice.

It wouldn't matter. You'd be out by the time I got back from the shower. I'd put you to sleep soundly. PM me your details if interested.

It has to be cold and dark, like my soul. I like to see frost on the windows. And there has to be no noise.

    i just need time.

best conditions though would be a warm bed in a dark cool room with a breeze.

but i can sleep anywhere anytime almost lol

I like the weight of the blankets too, when I was a kid I slept with those huge, heavy sleeping bags that weighed a ton, lol

I like background noise so I leave my TV on low. But I can fall asleep wherever cuz the medication knocks me the fuck out.

the cool air on my face while being inside the dooner is the best feeling, i always have fans on even during winter.

the only other pre-requisite i'd have is to bust a nut before i have me some shut-eye.

I think I might have restless leg syndrome or something. It sometimes bothers me at night and I lay awake, my whole body can be comfortable but my leg is a constant nag.

I usually need to turn my pillow a few times before I doze off. Make the decision whether I need covered by my blanket or not. It's always different. Sometimes TV helps me sleep. Sometimes I lie on my back, sometimes on my side. Always different. I have no preferred method, just whatever helps at the moment.
