the movie sucked
Titanic, was a sick movie.. To call that a bad movie is idiotic.
di caprio is such an average actor.
and The Ring was incredibly corny
Yall should slap anybody who says 'Ringu' the japanese version of The Ring, is any good. That movie is ass and a half.
LOL@ di caprio average, u crazy as hell man
di caprio is that dude
and yeh, catch me if you can was dopeness
di caprio is overated as fuck. i read in the paper that he got a best actor award over don cheadle, di caprio is not half the actor that don cheadle is..
Requiem was GENIUS. Ellen Burnstyn deserved the Oscar over Moulin Rouge easily...
Casablanca is NOT over rated... I would say Citizen Cane would provide a better argument since its lost so much of its power over time unlike Casablanca.
To whoever said Stanley Kubrick is the best American Film maker is absolutely correct.... Maybe Scorsese can compete but not much else...
Resovoir Dogs is OVER RATED. Great for the budget and time but not as dope as people say.
that would be me
and scorcese has made a few shitty movies in his time, sure he's had some classics, but not nearly as solid of a catelogue as kubricks
WOW, fuck out my face permanently.
That movie is so great when you look back at it. Mawfucka went from cleaning up at a diner to being a fucking scrimp, and the movies long because they show every step he took to progress that far. Its the illest rags to riches story ever, easily my fav movie ever.
Pacino is fucking godly.
The Kill Bill Movies EASILY. ESPECIALLY Kill Bill 2
Blaire Witch Project - Not Scary! Sorry.
2001 A Space Odessy = worst movie I ever saw including childrens flicks.
Oh and Full metal jacket was raw as fuck. That whole sniper part was fucking insane.
How bout MONSTERS BALL
maybe halle should have won an award but not the oscar
Unless it was for Best actress in a Mainstream porno
Walken is the dopest actor!
honestly OPEN WATER WTF was that shit....honestly....biggest trash film ever! EVER!
as for blair witch...it was DOPE when u first see it in a dark movie house, it loses its effect at home on a tv
if i'm not mistaken kubrick was british, but his movies played well in the states
scorsese is better than john ford and howard hawks? before the aviator had he even done anything that wasn't italian gangsters other than taxi driver? heck even clint eastwood in recent years is starting to surpass scorsese as a director
and to whoever mentioned the passion as overrated, that movie got panned by pretty much all of the country's major reviewers except roger ebert
to me the graduate is overrated today. i can see where it worked in it's time, and for that i can appreciate it, but it just doesn't have the timelessness of any of the other movies nominated for best picture in 1967 (in the heat of the night, guess who's coming to dinner, bonnie and clyde and doctor doolittle)
the ring was not scary at all
idiot! that movie was incredible!
Tarantino rips off a bunch of films for each movie he makes but the principle influence on resevoir dogs was definately City on fire. Tarantino took the plot and several key scenes(the most famous being the three way stand off at the climax of dogs).
No I think he was american but just lived in britain.
