    Here's the weekend totals for box office receipts. Some of these films have been out a week or more so take that into account when looking at the totals to this point. That being said Star Wars totals are mindblowing, the J-Lo flick being number 2 boggles the mind, and I am surprised Kicking and Screaming beat out Crash which got a lot more positive reviews.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1. Star Wars: Episode III------------->$ 158.5 Million
    2. Monster-In-Law------------------->$ 44.2 Million
    3. Kicking and Screaming------------->$ 34 Million
    4. Crash----------------------------->$ 27.6 Million
    5. Unleashed------------------------->$ 17.6 Million
    6. Kingdom of Heaven----------------->$ 41 Million
    7. House of Wax---------------------->$ 26.8 Million
    8. The Interpreter--------------------->$ 65.3 Million
    9. The Hitchhiker's to the Galaxy------->$ 46.9 Million
    10. Mindhunters----------------------->$ 3.5 Million

    kicking and screaming got more publicity, plus it has will ferrell, plus it's a comedy, plus it's really the only PG movie out in wide release right now with kids getting out of school, so it was guaranteed to do business.
    crash got little/no publicity and is trying to survive on word of mouth, which will probably keep it in theaters longer than K&S

    mind hunters had a weak ass plot. and u knew everything that was going to happen. and the plot got repetitive.(i go nowhere without my gun)...u knew that dude was going to die by his own gun. anyway...interpreter, yeah dude don't waste your time that movie is boring as hell. terrible ass dialouge terrible ass acting and the end is really a let down, the movie goes no where. it's retarded! its a me to movie....pass on it, u won't learn shyt or be entertained.
    crash best movie beside star wars i have seen this year...watch that movie it's powerful!
