About 3 years ago....I quit drinkin Soda Cold turkey (id drink like 4-5 cans a day)...since then ive been noticeably more slimmer and feelin better overall... Then about 2 years ago...I cut out any flavored drinks without any vitamins or beneficial stuff...(cause all that sugar and calories is a waste)... So over the past 2 years..ive been drinkin water... Used to hate it, but now I LOVVVVEEE It. i like the taste more than soda...even though it really doesnt have a taste. Anyways, over the past few motnhs i been so addicted 2 the shit...Ill cop a 32 oz gatorade or propel in the mornin after my workout, and then refill it 6-7 times thru out the day.....so thats almost 4X the reccomended amount (8 glasses a day/64 oz) So my question is, is this harmful or anyhting? And another question.....does drinkin this much water make me eatin nutritious vegetable and fruit stuff a waste? Like...theoretically, wont all the water flush all the vitamins and shit out any way?
