Water...

    About 3 years ago....I quit drinkin Soda Cold turkey (id drink like 4-5 cans a day)...since then ive been noticeably more slimmer and feelin better overall...

    Then about 2 years ago...I cut out any flavored drinks without any vitamins or beneficial stuff...(cause all that sugar and calories is a waste)...

    So over the past 2 years..ive been drinkin water...

    Used to hate it, but now I LOVVVVEEE It. i like the taste more than soda...even though it really doesnt have a taste.

    Anyways, over the past few motnhs i been so addicted 2 the shit...Ill cop a 32 oz gatorade or propel in the mornin after my workout, and then refill it 6-7 times thru out the day.....so thats almost 4X the reccomended amount (8 glasses a day/64 oz)

    So my question is, is this harmful or anyhting?

    And another question.....does drinkin this much water make me eatin nutritious vegetable and fruit stuff a waste? Like...theoretically, wont all the water flush all the vitamins and shit out any way?

    Water is THE best thing for you.
    You can't have too much water during the day, because we're made up of water, and need it to function properly.
    So don't worry about drinking too much, and no, it isn't going to flush all the vitamins out of your system.
    Your body will take in what water it needs, expel the rest.

    Water is nothing short of amazing when you think about it.
    Anyone that wants to lose weight, fuck diets, drink whatever your body weight is in ounces a day, and watch that weight drop off like crazy.

    there is such thing as drinking too much water...

    Failing to replace electrolytes during exercise longer than an hour can be life threatening. Several athletes have suffered "water intoxication" (hyponeutremia), when blood sodium levels drop dangerously low, causing an electrolyte imbalance and triggering seizures, coma and even death.

    Only probelm with gatorade is that it has a high sugar content.

    14 grams per 8 ounces.

    Good for those that work out like monsters. For the average casual workout, Propel might be a better choice.

    It's low as fuck.

    13 grams for 8 oz.

    That ain't shit.

    Lemondade has about 30 grams for 8 oz.

    man water is fucking AMAZING. people are 2 dumb 2 realize it though.

    I was in the same situation as you, except it was over the past year and a half year. I drank water last year, switched back to pop for like 8 months, now I'm bakc on water. and it is the BEST choice that I've mad as far as my health goes (besides getting on a regular workout schedule also).

    I think everyone is just addicted to sugar...cuz I know I am but I'm cutting down on it..same with fatty foods. I'm not tryin to die in my 40's or 50's cuz of a heart attack lol


    u know they say our generation will be the 1st to not outlive its parents...crazy ass shit.


    hell...water made LIFE POSSIBLE....anyone who isn't drinking it is dumb.

    Yeah, Gatorade bottles.

    I fill the mshtis up about 3 times daily.

    Than I drink away.

    Water is the best fuckin shit ever.

    I feel fucking awesome after drinkin that shit.

    I haven't drank soda for about 4 years.

    But I'mmam drink some soon haha.

    I only drink water. I get a bottle in the morning and fill it up 4 ot 5 times during the course of the day then drink whatever at home.
