    I drink 110 oz. a day since I weigh 220

Formula = drink 1/2 your body weight in oz. of water

It's easy, I drinik about 40 oz. between before breakfast and 1 hour after

Than I drink around 40 for dinner

    and 30 for snack

I drink 2 gallons of water or more a day. Not on purpose because of a diet it's just because Im always thirsty. I don't have cotton mouth either, its actually the opposite, I produce too much saliva.....

    Iono it doesn't make sense.

On average I drink over a gallon a day, probably around 190 ounces a day. I've got a big water jug that holds 74 ounces and I finish one in the time before/during workout, another one throughout the day after workout, and then I fill it up about half way again towards the end of the night.

I drink my own body weight, in ounces...
(255ounces) when I'm trying to get shredded.
Otherwise when I'm just bulking up, I drink a half gallon to gallon a day, along with various juices, milk, and gatorade.

255 oz. Damn that is a lot of water.

I actually probably don't get the water I should get. I am going to start today though now that I've read this thread and realize it's serious.

I probably drink about 3 16 ounce bottles a day, which looking @ your posts, isnt nothing at all.

It seems like when you first start drinking water on the regular, that it takes you forever to get down even say, 100oz, but then after a week or so, you fall into a mode, and it seems like second nature.
I have to basically use gallon jugs all day long.
I just take one with me wherever I go.
