Man, I agree with you on just about everything here. I'll go ahead and help you out, move Brandy into the wack category. I haven't heard Musiq's new album yet, and he's earned the benefit of the doubt with me, even after that mess that was his last album.

The best R&B album I heard that came out this year was Ledisi's Christmas album.

Go ahead and add Wayne Brady and Al Green to the ehh category. The only other album that I really liked aside from Robin Thicke was Leigh Jones, and I wasn't sure about that one at first, but it grew on me after 3-4 listens, now I love it. She's the protege of Berry Gordy's son. The songwriting is solid (the video, however, is weak).

    Ledisi has good music,

Robin Thicke's cd was good, but Jennifer Hudson's album is probably my favorite for this year, along with Lyfe Jennings. I gotta take back what I said about Keyshia Cole's album, I actually like it.

Joe's album was okay...I'm just thinking of other albums that dropped. Sterling Simms also.

    but, I'd have to say
Keyshia Cole and Usher's album were good, didn't have to skip any tracks.
Anthony Hamilton, Musiq, Robin Thicke, Ne-Yo...only certain tracks I enjoyed. Didn't like John Legend's AT ALL.

Leona Lewis had a nice album too

Man, ya'll are too critical. There were some tight releases this year.

Eric Benet's Love & Life has some solid tracks on it and is great through and through.

Calvin Richardson's When Love Comes was decent. Sang No More is a great jam on it.

Tony Rich Project's Exist is phenomenal. Probably his best work since Birdseye.

Ne-Yo's Year Of The Gentleman is awesome. Part Of The List, Mad, Fade Into The Background and so many more great jams.

Wayne Brady's album was firee. Ordinary, All Naturally, A Change Gonna Come.

Not to mention, new albums by Jon B, Mint Condition, and Kenny Lattimore? Unfortunately, I haven't listened to theirs yet but they're pretty consistent normally.

You just gotta listen to better artists if you think the year was weak :).

Keyshia Cole - wack I actually agree with you, but I love Keyshia Cole sooo much
Musiq - wack Fuck that, this album is sooo smooth.
Anthony Hamilton - ehhh Nope, bro you crazy. This album has some deep songs man..
Beyonce - wack You know what, I have never actually liked a Beyonce song before, but this album had a couple good tracks. I even bump "Diva" no homo lol
Raphael Saadiq - wack Didn't care to listen
Lloyd - ehhh I loved this album.
Brandy - aint gonna bother to listen *pukes
Jazmine Sullivan - ehh I thought she was some ugly girl with a pretty voice, listened to the album and deleted it. She was on some raggae shit
John Legend - decent Decent? Eh.. John Legend has one of the best voices out right now because it's so original but this album let me down BIG TIME.
Solange - good Her album was amazing. I need to get that again. Thanks
Robin Thicke - good Album of the year for me man, every song was the shit.
Anthony David- good but its a compilation of older stuff so it dont count Never heard of this cat

    I'll add to the list.

    Usher Complete trash

You know what's crazy about Jazmine Sullivan? I think her album is waste of time except 2 songs, but I think both should win the Grammy's they are nominated for (Need U Bad and In Love With Another Man). I don't like her album at all, but at the same time I think she should be a multiple Grammy winner. Don't think this isn't messing with my brain.
