tryna lose like 20 pounds need advice(Serious comments)

    ayo i got a show comin up agust 19...is it possible for me to lose 20 pounds that quick.......i lift weights but i don't do to much cardio....i try to run on my treadmill but these cigarettes is kickin my ass....i'm like 195 or 200 right now....but i'm 5'8...and i know that's not supposed to be my weight at....5'8...i don't eat alot....i just don't work out that much...i thought about coppin some trim spa...or some dexatrim....i really need to shed these pounds soon...need advice on how to do it.

    Cigs help you lose weight... do the following....

    - Lift weights 3 times a week. Do each muscle for 2 exercises (3 sets each with 20-15-12 reps or around there with lighter weight and take 30 second break inbetween each set)

    - After lifting maximize on your exercise, run about 1-1.5 miles.

    - And eat 4-5 small meals daily. Cut your calories by 500.

    You'll lose it in less than a month.

    Sure. Also... drink a lot of water.

    60-100 oz. a day will help you lose more weight and keep your skin better.
