    I'm not really against steroids, if you want to use em, go wild. I think too many people are uneducated when they use them and use them for too long. If you use them for short periods of time and know exactly what you're doing they can really help you.

    I just said I'm considering it, I'm not sure yet.

    trust me i know guys who used to fight in mma take that shit and when they got injured and were off the stuff they lost a good 30 pounds...you deflate fast and your muscles remain flat...their is no such thing as short peroid when you take roids most people who take it get addicted to the results and they keept taking it...cuase if they stop they lose alot of size.

    Yes, if you stop working out after your cycle you will lose size after a couple of months.

    But if you stick with taking your protein and you stay with a good workout routine you'll lose maybe 5 lbs..

    Im not advising anyone to actually use steroids because like Steve said they have all these people who abuse it and like any drug they are made to help you but when you abuse them they will hurt you.

    bodybuilding is not a sport in my opinion. it's a beauty pagent for men...

    Im not talking about Bodybuilding contests, Im talking about buidling your body and yes that is a sport just like strongest man to get big you go heavy. I mean no im not in the gym pulling no trains around an shit, lol

    But its still a sport just like any other.

    A good bulking stack I've read would look something like this:

    Test enanthate or cypionate
    Dbol
    Clomid
    Nolva

    Structure:
    1-10 500mg/week testosterone
    1-4 35mg/day dbol
    12-14 clomid 150mg/day
    15-16 clomid 50mg/day
    12-16 nolvadex 40mg/day

    bodybuilding as a sport isnt really my thing, however fitness is a lifestyle, why someone would take steroids and just stop working out after a cycle, is beyond me.

    If you do them, make fitness a priority in your life, dont just take them to get huge and not remain healthy
